Sicilian Fennel Salad
* 1-2 Fennel bulbs, shaved (reserve the fronds)
* 1 Orange (Navel or Cara Cara), peeled and sliced
* Shaved Celery, optional
* Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* Sea Salt
* Cattani White Balsamic Vinegar
Arrange orange slices and fennel (and optional celery) on a platter.
Sprinkle with Sea Salt.
Drizzle with a Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil such as Frantoi Cutrera Primo DOP. Lightly toss.
Add a healthy drizzle of Cattani White Balsamic Vinegar.
Scatter fennel fronds on top of the salad.
