Kicking off the New Year, Italian Style! (Add more Olive Oil)

Starting with Olio Nuovo and the new harvest olive oils, make a healthy pledge to add more excellent extra virgin olive oil to your daily meals in 2018.
 
The FDA recommendation is for 23 grams while the EU recommendation is for 20 grams. It’s easiest to think of this as 2 Tablespoons per day.
