Ingredients:
- 2 tuna albacore steaks
- ½ cup Galantino Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ lemon, wedged
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper and place in a small oven-proof dish. Add garlic on top.
- Pour olive oil into the dish until it reaches up the steaks about halfway.
- Cover the dish and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip each steak and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly, then serve with a drizzle of the braising liquid and a squeeze of lemon.
Lemon Olive Oil Pesto
The brightness of Sicilian citrus in lemon infused olive oil adds a tangy zip to homemade pesto.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups packed basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- ½ cup Ravida Sicilian Lemon Condimento Olive Oil
- ½ cup Parmigiano Reggiano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Pulse the basil, garlic and pine nuts in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
- Blend in olive oil until mostly smooth.
- Add the cheese and pulse to combine, then add salt and pepper to season.
Mushroom and Truffle Oil Pasta
The richness of white truffle infused olive oil is the perfect match for the umami of the mushrooms in this pasta dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb angel hair pasta
- ½ lb mushrooms, chopped
- 2 Tbsp regular olive oil
- 3 Tbsp Selezione White Truffle Oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmigiano Reggiano to serve
Directions:
- Cook the pasta, then strain and set aside.
- Saute mushrooms in regular olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant.
- Add the pasta to the pan and stir, adding in truffle oil, salt, and pepper.
- Serve with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
Chili Pepper Olive Oil Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs plum tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh basil, finely chopped

Directions:
- Blend the tomatoes, basil, and garlic in a food processor, drizzling in oil to combine.

Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp Agrumato Tangerine Condimento Olive Oil
